She Chose Herself

❤️ You’re broken, but you have the power to repair yourself.

❤️ Breathe, just sit and breathe, long deep breaths in and out, this will help reduce the panic, and bring you back to the present.

❤️ When the sun shines, sit outside, close your eyes and feel the warmth of the sun on your face. 

❤️ When it rains, close your eyes, let the rain fall and imagine it cleansing you and washing away some of the pain.

❤️ Motion affects emotion, try to get up, have a shower, have 2, have 5 showers in one day if that helps you take your mind away even for a minute.

❤️ Put on a hoodie, and your glasses, and go for walk, or go smash some weights at the gym.

❤️ Just take it one day at a time, you’re gonna experience a roller coaster of emotions, healing takes time my love.

❤️ It’s ok to not be OK, allow yourself the space to grieve what you’ve lost.

 ❤️ You want all the answers, but sometimes it just adds fuel to the fire, so accept that you may never know ALL the answers.

❤️ You want to push everyone away and suffer in silence, but your friends and whānau will help you through, this is unconditional love my darling.

❤️ Forgiveness will come, and as much as you can’t see the wood for the trees right now, the time will come when forgiveness will help set you FREE!
