I Feel Like I'm Drowning...
I’ve bitten off more than I can chew
I’m trying to do too much
If I’m doing too much, how can I give my all?
There’s no time to recover
I’m tired – physically and mentally
At times I feel like I’m giving so much and forgetting to look after me
If I’m not looking after me, how can I be the best of me for my kids?
I’m so busy I feel like I’m drowning…
I’m not drowning, I’m swimming!
🏊 Yes, I’m doing too much, but I’m doing it
🏊 Yes, I can give my all, because I can, and that’s how I roll
🏊 Yes, there is time to recover
🏊 I get to choose what I do with the 1,440 minutes I am blessed with every single day
🏊 Yes, I can schedule “ME” time, even if that means a nana nap on the couch
🏊 Yes, I am a māmā and I am doing the best that I can right now, but today I choose to do better, more “quality” time with my kids, because that’s what they need
I’m not drowning, or swimming…
