I Am A Safe Space
I ask about you, because I’m legitimately interested in what you have to say.
I listen to hear, not to respond or compare.
I want you to feel like your contribution matters,
because in my eyes, you are soooo worthy.
You might not have had someone to hold space for you before, it might be a foreign concept.
Please know that I come from a genuine place of caring, for you, I care.
I don’t have any expectations of you,
I don’t want anything from you.
You don’t owe me anything.
This isn’t about me, it’s about you.
Just know, that I am a safe space.
It’s ok to be vulnerable, there is no judgement here.
You might even start to heal, when you finally decide to let go.
They say a problem shared, is a problem solved.
Sometimes there’s not even a problem, it’s just your thoughts and fears holding you back from moving forward.
A massive weight is lifted when you share,
when you decide to finally free yourself from the pain of holding on for so long.
We can sit in silence and just be. That’s ok too.
I am a safe space.
I am a safe space for you.
I’m a safe space for me too!
